1) Send us a picture of you, a co-worker, a friend or a family member which has something to do with sailing, leadership development or team building. We’ll post the photos in the contest gallery and invite the entire Gel Sailing Team to check them out and vote for their favorite.
2) Be sure to tell us the back story. Where were you? Who’s pictured with you? What’s the best caption for your photo? Lastly, please include your name, address and shirt size in case you’re this month’s winner!
3) Revisit the gallery to view your entry, write comments, and vote on other photos.
4) Please submit your photo no later than July 30th.

Photo Eligibility
To enter, you must be at least 18 years of age. Group Experiential Learning employees and their immediate family members are not eligible.
Photo Upload Formats
Images should be submitted in .jpg or .gif format
Photographer/Copyright
By submitting the photo you guarantee that you are the author and copyright holder of the photo and you grant Group Experiential Learning the right to reproduce the image without limitation and/or compensation.
Number of Entries
An individual may submit only 1 photo in each monthly contest. Photos may show multiple people, but only one prize will be award per photo.
Photo Subject Restrictions
Photos must be appropriate for posting on a public website. Obscene, provocative or otherwise questionable content will not be considered. Group Experiential Learning retains sole discretion as to what constitutes inappropriate content.
Winners
Group Experiential Learning will count gallery votes and notify this month’s winner by email in August, 2009.
Image Modifications
Minor digital enhancement is permitted, but images that have been significantly modified or appear unnatural will be disqualified.
